I really enjoy transcribing songs and figuring out the notes to song requests, songs I love and just great songs you hear on Tiktok/online that you just want to grab your instrument and play. I wish I hadn’t taken a 10-year break to focus on another career but I don’t believe it’s too late to find my true passion and hobby.

I don’t pretend to be professional flute player but I do completely and utterly love playing the flute. The rest of the piece goes too low for the flute unfortunately and I wanted to keep it at this register so I only played a part of it. I found the sheet music online and saw it was for violin but I loved the way it sounded. This piece is not traditionally for flute players. It’s beautiful, it’s expressive, and while I am going through difficult times right now it helps me channel that sadness that darkness into art of some kind.
